My career has provided me with deep insights into onboarding, learning and development, internal communication, employee engagement, team building, and other critical elements that contribute to a thriving workplace culture.

During my decade-long tenure at UserTesting, I was instrumental in the company's transformative journey from a modest, single-location team of 50 to a thriving global workforce of 1,000. This growth trajectory was marked by significant milestones, including a successful IPO.

Following this, I joined AnimalBiome as VP of People, where I applied my extensive experience to build people processes from the ground up in a dynamic startup environment. Despite the company ultimately facing financial challenges, this role reinforced my belief in the critical importance of robust cultural and people strategies for scaling and sustaining organizational success.
